Shipping timelines listed on our website are estimates only unless clearly stated otherwise. Delivery times may vary based on supplier processing times, carrier delays, customs, weather, holidays, address issues, or other factors outside our control.

If we cannot ship your order within the stated timeframe, or within the legally required timeframe if no timeframe is stated, we will notify you and provide available options, which may include waiting for the order or receiving a refund. The FTC requires sellers to have a reasonable basis for stated shipping times and to notify customers of qualifying delays.

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address. We are not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

5. Returns & Refunds

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our separate Return & Refund Policy.

Because some products are fulfilled by third-party suppliers, return eligibility may vary by product. Certain items may be final sale, non-returnable, or only eligible for refund if defective, damaged, or incorrect.
